NXP semiconductor (grace wisdom pu) is a newly independent semiconductor company, founded by philips company, already has a long history of fifty years, mainly provide engineers and designers, all kinds of semiconductor products and software for mobile communications, consumer electronics, security applications, contactless payment and connectivity, and in-car entertainment and networking products such as bring better sensory experiences. On October 28, 2016, qualcomm acquired NXP, a Dutch semiconductor company, for $47 billion. In February 2015, freescale reached a merger agreement with NXP, with a combined market value of $40 billion. The acquisition was completed in the second half of 2015.
