Quality Control Procedures

We have identified “Quality” and “Sincerity” as two of the most important elements to achieve continuous customer satisfaction and long-term business development. With years of experience in business, we have developed a comprehensive and rigorous quality management system.

Step I: Basic Inspection by the Warehouse Keeper
       1. Manufacturer, Part Number, Quantity, Date Code, Rohs Compliance                   
       2. Authenticity Verification of box packaging, original factory sealed and manufacturing label.
       3. Visual inspection to check on the physical integrity of products (e.g. scratches, gouges, cracks, discoloration, bent or missing leads, etc.) and packaging, including ESD and moisture barrier protection if applicable

Step II: Further Verification by the Quality Engineer
       1. Review Basic Inspection process of Step I
       2. Trace back to the original factory lot number, batch number, date code, and related wafer/packaging origins
       3. Material appearance inspection, dust conditions, whether the pin is deformed, whether the pin shows signs of oxidation
       4. Detailed check on relevant specifications and parameters with respect to manufacturer datasheet.  

Step III: Quality Test by the 3rd party Test House (White Horse and GETS testing)
        1. Solderability testing
        2. X-Ray & Decapsulation Test & Analysis
        3. Dissection analysis
        4. Electrical performance consistency testing
        5. Manufacturer test and analysis report
