       Every piece of part we ship is 100% new and original. Every SPQ package we supply is 100% factory sealed package.
       1. Per the field standard, warranty period of electronic components is 365 days! But LongTeng’s warranty period is Forever! For all of the parts LongTeng supplies, if any quality issues occur at any time, we can trace back to MFG and will provide MFG FA.
        2. All of our parts are from MFG and Franchises! We can provide MFG COC for Omron and Maxim. For other  brands, we can apply for MFG COC if requested.
       3. Since LongTeng was founded in 2010, we have NO RMA till now for quality issue!
       4. We are applying for ISO9001 certification now and we are confident to get it approved in the near future!
